Had a super comfortable bed and the rooms were spacious and seemed like they were just renovated. The staff and management were really on top of things and knew what they were doing. 💯

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a fairly nice area, just off a very peaceful lake. Perfect position was an added bonus. It was not too far away from Peacock India Restaurant, ate there a couple of times.

Attending an event at the Charlotte racetracks, the Homewood Suites was the perfect location. The staff was warm and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and the ability to cook our own meals was a great perk. Additionally, the in-suite fridge with a built-in ice maker was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the close proximity to shopping malls and the quietness of the area despite being near a busy road and train. The spacious rooms and friendly staff made our overall experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very close to everything you need in the area. It's conveniently located near the new train line and is a great location for accessing the race track. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom fixtures are in good condition. The staff is helpful and accommodating, providing great service. The complementary breakfast is delicious and varied each day. The hotel also offers amenities like a basketball court and a pool.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that the walls are thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

When we checked in and got to the room we realized that they had given us the wrong room. So I called the front desk and we were given an upgrade for the same price we were paying for the other room. The room was very clean and just fit all of our needs. I would visit this location again in the future!

Kids were outside playing basketball until after 10pm and it was very hard to get any sleep until they were gone.

The location was perfect, as it was right next to a new light rail train station and close to Ikea and NoDa, where we found plenty of great food and shopping options. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. a great experience.

One negative aspect was that the front desk ran out of water bottles during check-in, but it was a minor inconvenience.
